6 Ways Exercise Makes You Smarter! Genius :)

I am often asked why I find exercise to be one of- if not the most- beneficial things that I have done for my life and for others in being a wellness coach.  Beyond simply eating right, working on our intellect, and keeping up to date with our preventive health, exercise can truly lead to a better total body… HART, mind and bottom line 🙂


Here are the top 6:

1. Increases energy

2. Sharpens Focus

3. Enhances Mood 

4. Helps Impulse Control

5. Improves Memory

6. Increases Productivity

I can tell you one thing- exercise is one of those things that you can integrate in your life simply.  Just focus on doing something, ANYTHING, active each and every day.  That means you don’t have to run 10 miles every day… you can try run/walking a few miles one day, then perhaps try a group exercise class, have you ever thought of how much fun joining one of those sports and social clubs could be?

Remember: find the fun in what you do and it will be less work, more of a habit 🙂
