The month of May happens to be physical fitness and exercise month!  In celebration of the impact that physical fitness and exercise contribute to one’s overall health and wellness, I have committed to blogging tips, recipes, workouts, as well as dispelling any fitness or nutrition myths!

 
Exercise is medicine! There is little that a healthy diet and exercise cannot provide…. Better health, happier moods, slimmer waistline… A total wellness for the HART, body and soul 🙂 Stay tuned!
